I got to know Lee Falk somewh...Wow -- what a post! I got to know Lee Falk somewhat in the last decade of his life, and he was a great guy. (He lived a few blocks away from me....)<br /><br />I know this will raise hackles, but I think newspaper adventure strips are more interesting, important and adult than most any comic book, including those done today. They seldom got boggled down with super-heroics, and were more complex in the storytelling.
