Nothing is subordinated. Do we look at the shadowy figures in the moon first, or the lit window, or the group of animals at the left? Everything shouts 'look at me' and the result is confusion. I doubt it's Kaluta's fault, as the original art looks fine. It's the colouring.

Chris A.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7897120082101927069.post-18576282161222175432013-07-22T10:24:02.046-04:002013-07-22T10:24:02.046-04:00Hey Groovster!

Wrightson's Swampthing Kaluta's The Shadow! Have you posted those two House of mystery novels? By Wrightson & Jack Oleck? From 1972 & 73?

Those tales were super creepy. Wrightson's illustrations were as usual macbre masterpieces! I'd love to see you post the covers. To those Bantam Doc Savage & The avenger here. Neal Adam's Tarzan covers & Steranko's The Shadow also! I'd love to see a different banner too. Still love to see you do a 75th anniversary for Superman too. With that Superman portfolio & link to youtube. With Meco's Superman the movie themes. Keep on Truck'in Groovy One!Mike Mikulovskyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13426364090992151914noreply@blogger.com
