This mag was soooooooo 1970s--a Viet Nam vet time-lost in a world of dinosaurs after passing through the Bermuda Triangle! Marv Wolfman created it, but Bill Mantlo took the series to a whole new level. Too bad Marvel cancelled it right when he was taking things into high gear. Many issues were penciled by fan-fave Sal Buscema and all were inked folks like Steve Gan, Pablo Marcos, and Sonny Trinidad, giving the art a lush, organic feel that suited the stories perfectly.I found the best San Antonio Personal Injury Lawyerhttp://www.krwlawyers.com/_start_San-Antonio-Personal-Injury-Attorney.phpnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7897120082101927069.post-41558856622652777162013-12-02T13:38:55.295-05:002013-12-02T13:38:55.295-05:00Really interesting, thank a lot (from France).

Now that I no longer own my original comics (it's all hardback Marvel Masterworks these days for me!), this site is really valuable to me!

Unfortunately I did blink and miss Skull when it came out. There were sooooo many short-lived titles in the 70s.....some I picked up and some I missed.

Had I been reading Skull, I would've been like you: Happy to see Englehart and Buscema come aboard!!Chris Nyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04381409214303880118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7897120082101927069.post-69510528233278178482009-03-05T15:02:00.000-05:002009-03-05T15:02:00.000-05:00Hey Groove, SCOUTS HONOR, last night I crawled out...Hey Groove, SCOUTS HONOR, last night I crawled out of bed around 12:30 and dug out my complete run of SKULL!! I'd only ever read ish 2 of this series, and always liked the fact that it didn't have a single likeable character in it.
