Like other commenters said above, it really brings out the pencils, with things you didn't realise were there in the first place.<br />petewoodsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17286934882166529823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7897120082101927069.post-53834936774986876712014-05-30T13:19:39.647-04:002014-05-30T13:19:39.647-04:00One thing that has always irked me is the adulatio...One thing that has always irked me is the adulation that seems to accompany Joe Sinnott's inking. He was great; definitely the best inker of Jack Kirby. But the greatest inker of all time (as Jim Amash has mentioned more than once). Not even close. That title belongs to Tom Palmer. I'm still in awe almost 40 years later of the work he did in tandem with Gene Colan, Neal Adams and John Buscema. He did a one time teaming with Mike Sekowsky in House Of Mystery (206? you should run it if you haven't already) that was amazing. Pretty much whomever he teamed with he became their best inker. So I wish he'd get the due I don't think he's ever totally received and recognition as one of the best, if not the best inker ever. keythd23https://www.blogger.com/profile/00690368680707726203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7897120082101927069.post-22575326412572201102012-04-06T14:00:17.112-04:002012-04-06T14:00:17.112-04:00I wish I had mentioned Tom's coloring skills, ...I wish I had mentioned Tom's coloring skills, Eddie!
