Nic had a great eye for talent, he brought in Staton, Zeck, Newton. Just great.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7897120082101927069.post-3446977561039298502009-11-04T19:04:47.196-05:002009-11-04T19:04:47.196-05:00Wow! I had this issue as a kid... bought it on a junk shop trip with my Dad, at a joint where the comics were 10 for a dollar, and old Mad Magazines were 4 for a buck! What a thrill to see it again... thank you!Aaron Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01206734092982733617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7897120082101927069.post-64288082981161583632009-10-31T10:45:33.293-04:002009-10-31T10:45:33.293-04:00You're welcome, Tim!

Too bad, 'cause it looks like Cuti and Zeck had a blast doing this. I love all the little touches (Baron Weirwolf's cameo, the Col. fighting in WWII) and Zeck's panels and perspective are every bit as confident as his later Punisher stuff. And that cover is one of the top ten of all time! Every bit as cool as I remember. Thanks again!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
