You asked for it, you got it, Groove-ophiles! Here's the third and final issue of Atlas/Seaboard's Tiger-Man (June 1975). Written by Gerry Conway, inked by Al Milgrom, and powerfully penciled by Steve Ditko, here's "Hell Is Spelled...Hypnos!"
Barely recognisable as Ditko in places. I won't blame Milgrom - when Ditko phones it in (ie, when he hasn't written it himself), you could call his work layouts rather than pencils.
I loved this title.....along with The Destructor, it was my favorite Atlas/Seaboard book. It's a shame the company didn't make it.....And odd how right up until the end they seemed to be planning for the future: "Next: The Slasher." Wonder if any art exists for unpublished issues?
Loved Atlas-Seaboard was so disappointed it ended so abruptly. I wish it had lasted at least like 5 years. By the way where's the cover for Tiger-Man #3 Groovster? Keep on Groovin!!
