What it is, Groove-ophiles! During the Groovy Age, the James Bond series of flicks were where it was at, so naturally the comic mags that parodied pop culture, like Marvel's Crazy, had a grand old time poking fun at them. Live and Let Die was always Teen Groove's fave, so t'was pretty far out when Stu Schwartzberg, Roy Thomas, John Buscema, and the Crusty Bunkers laid "Live and Let Spy" on us in Crazy #2 (cover-dated February 1974). Check it out, baby!
Thanks! Any time you wanna post more goodies from the early issues of Crazy magazine, PLEASE do. For whatever it's worth, the "Hot Rods of the Gods?" feature in the third ish is a special favorite. So are the Marvel appearances of creators such as Eisner.
