Greetings, Groove-ophiles! Let's kick this Far-Out Fantasy Week off with some of the far-out strangeness that was DC's Beowulf! Writer Michael Uslan and artist Ricardo Villamonte gave this mag their all, filling it with literary references, mythology, fantasy, and a wild, unrestrained energy that kept this mag on Young Groove's radar for its all too short five issue run. Never a big fan of Conan, sorcery or fantasy in comics, but HAD to finally buy this first ish of Claw, after remembering it in so many house ads..:
