I considered The Losers one of Kirby's weaker efforts at DC. But rereading your posts I realize how wrong I've been. As I've rebuilt my previous collection from 1986 onward, I haven't concentrated on this title. I intend to rectify that in the near future.
Great stuff! I've only got one issue from Kirby's run, but I think I might have to see if the local comic store's got any back issues. It's just a tight, action-packed comic with great art. A pleasure to see it here. M.P.

Love Kirby's last year at DC. It might not add up to a Great Work in the Fourth World mould, but The Losers alternating with OMAC - Jack recalling the past and looking to the future - made for a powerful combo.
True, sean! I do plan on mostly-monthly doses of Kirby's Losers. I skipped October due to my special Halloween posts. Other "special days" could postpone it again (as is true for any other "monthly" mag I'm posting. Depends on the day...
