Funny Stuff: "What a Night for a Knight!" by Jack Manning

Dig it, Groove-ophiles! My grandkids are getting into the classic Scooby Doo cartoons, so I'm posting "What a Night for a Knight!" (with art by Jack Manning, adapted from the cartoon show's pilot episode) for them. I do so hope you dig it, too! From Gold Key's Scooby Doo #1 (December 1969)…

  2. I remember the Gold Key Scooby Doo run very well, I had most of the issues. One thing I never understand was the consistent messing up of color scheme on the Mystery Machine. Had they not even the show on tv?

  3. Loved SCooby Doo the first season was the best. But hated Crappy Doo. OOPS! I mean Scrappy Doo. Mike Ploog actually worked on the first season of the cartoon. Imagine Scooby meeting the Ghost Rider, Man-Thing, WWbN,etc drawn by Ploog!
