Black and White Wednesday: "All the Myriad Ways" by Niven and Chaykin
Halloween's over, but Ol' Groove still has a few treats for ya, Groove-ophiles! Here's Howard Chaykin's adaptation of Larry Niven's time-warped tale "All the Myriad Ways" from Marvel's Unknown Worlds of Science Fiction #5 (June 1975). Dig it!
Thanks for posting, Groove. Niven's story must have been VERY popular back in the day. Jeffrey Jones also illustrated an adaptation in one of the Skywald titles.
That's Steve Ditko's "Killjoy," who appeared a couple of times in the back of the original run of "E-Man." He just popped up to beat up thugs as Ditko's usual batch of liberal straw-men whined and whinnied about how "unfair" it was that crime should be punished. It was amusing in spite of itself.
