Black and White Wednesday: "The Damnation Plague" by Conway, Buscema, and DeZuniga

Greetings, Groove-ophiles! Today we're gonna dig on the sensational Ka-Zar lead feature from Savage Tales #6 (July 1974), "The Damnation Plague" by Gerry Conway, John Buscema, and Tony DeZuniga. Ol' Groove's presenting it as it appeared in that incredible ish, complete with the editorial explanation on the final page filling us in on why we only got half a story (Tony DeZuniga was battling a kidney ailment--though still working away like the pro he was--plus the mail from the Phillipines to the U.S. wasn't all that swift). Though it's only half a story, it's a doozy and I know you're gonna dig it!

Next Wednesday, Ol' Groove'll share the final chapter from S.T. #7 wit'cha. Don't miss it!
