Titanic Tuesdays: "The Coast-to-Coast Calamities!" by Rozakis, Heck, and Geilla

It's Titanic Tuesday, so that means it's time for another Teen Titans adventure! This one comes from the TT's 50th ish (July 1977) courtesy writer Bob Rozakis and artists Don Heck and Joe Geilla. Good news and bad news with this TT tale: good news...a group of Titans for the West Coast...bad news...the villain's name is...Captain Calamity!

  2. Never understood why Harlequin looked like a middle age mom instead of a teenager...

  3. Don't understand why they were introducing all these new characters? Did they think there was going to be two books?

  4. Oh boy. A horrible penciller inked by a terrible inker. Gee, I wonder why this book failed?

  5. Keythd23,

the book failed because of the writing, pencilling, and inking. So in other words, the editing. The printing at the time didn't help either. Maybe the coloring and lettering contributed as well, but I wouldn't stake my life on it. Oh wait, was your question rhetorical?
