Dig it, Groove-ophiles! Before he became a TV star on Legends of Tomorrow, Vandal Savage was the arch-enemy of The Justice Society (and, for a short while, the All Star Super-Squad). Here he is taking on the whole JSA in "The Master Plan of Vandal Savage" by Paul Levitz and (in his final JSA outing) Wally Wood. Decent Comics: "Yesterday Begins Today!" by Levitz and Wood
Dig it, Groove-ophiles! With All-Star Comics #64 (October 1976) Wally Wood takes total control of the art on the revived Justice Society feature (well, at least for this ish and the next)! A lot of ya have been looking forward to this, so "Yesterday Begins Today!" (story by Paul Levitz, don'tcha know) is for you!

Decent Comics: "The Death of Doctor Fate" by Levitz, Giffen, and Wood
Dig it, Groove-ophiles! The title of All-Star Comics #63 (August 1976) says it all: "The Death of Doctor Fate!" Yeah, right! Well, it is a pretty far-out comic, with Paul Levitz starting his incredible run as full writer of JSA. Keith Giffen and Wally Wood are killing it in the art department (rarely has Superman looked so--super)! And, best of all, the nails in the silly All Star Super Squad concept start getting hammered as Power Girl is promoted to full member of the JSA. Check it out!
