Thanksgiving Feast 2015: What If Conan the Barbarian Walked the Earth Today?" by Thomas, J. Buscema, and Chan

It's the main course in our Thanksgiving Feast 2015, Groove-ophiles, and do we ever have a special treat for ya! What If ? #13 (November 1978) was a long time coming! Originally announced for What If? #3, delays of many kinds kept the story from appearing for nearly two years--but was it ever worth the wait! Conan team supreme Roy Thomas, John Buscema, and Ernie Chan got it all together for this alternate universe Conan epic that spun off from Savage Sword of Conan #7's "Citadel at the Center of Time"! Watch for the Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson cameo, and just dig Danette, the taxi cab driver based on Roy's (then soon-to-be bride, Dann)! Take your time and enjoy! Ya don't have to stuff, ya know!

Thanksgiving Feast 2015: "The Saga of Iron Jaw" by Fleisher, Sekowsky, and Abel

Welcome back to Thanksgiving Feast 2015, Groove-ophiles! We're back with our second course, the very first issue of Atlas/Seaboard's Iron Jaw! Ol' Groove has no idea as to why we haven't rapped about this one before (especially when you consider this Secret Origins post), but here, from November 1974, are Michael Fleisher, Mike Sekowsky, and Jack Abel with..."The Saga of Iron Jaw"! Dig in, baby!
