  1. WOW! Byrne sure was a busy guy wasn't he? I especially loved his Hulk Annual #7, The Avengers , FF & Ironfist covers. Not to mention of course his X-Men! Loved his Champions & Ghost Rider covers also!

  2. John Byrne is a favorite of mine! When he did the X-Men, Sub Mariner, She Hulk, Alpha Flight and his run of The Fantastic Four. Also he did a Batman Superman series called Generations that was really great!

  3. Wow! Never seen that Iron Fist cover before! Knockout!
The Black Panther cover remind's me of "Band on the run!"
I remember The Avengers cover giving me neck ache at the news stand and finally the FF cover..."S Club 4?"

As for the rest of ya, the purpose of this blog is to (re)introduce you to the great comics of the 1970s. If you like what you see, do what I do--go to a comics shop, bookstore, e-Bay or whatever and BUY YOUR OWN!
