Grooviest Covers of All Time: Nick Cardy and the Teen Titans

Let's kick the week off right with some Teen Titans masterpieces by the magnificent Nick Cardy. Cardy's energetic style and masterful design sense sold tons o'comics for DC back in the Groovy Age, and his work on our favorite super-sidekicks is among his all-time best. Dig 'em!

  1. That first cover is incredible, detailed pen and ink work that wouldn't have been out of place shown alongside Wyeth and clement Coll.

  2. Nick Cardy rocked! Beside's his TT covers. I loved his Action & Superman ones as well. Love to see those showcased here on your groovy site soon as well! As well as Neal Adams & Kirby's cover on the Superman titles.

  4. Superb Nick Cardy should have been put on the JLA instead of their sidekick group. He made Teen Titans cool.
