Black and White Wednesday: "Blood Tide!" by McGregor, Buckler, and Chan

More Morbius! This one's a beaut, written by Don McGregor with art by Rich Buckler and Ernie Chan (as Ernie Chua)! From Vampire Tales #5 (April 1974), look out for the..."Blood Tide!"


  1. Before you started posting these, I don't think I'd ever seen any of Buckler's art from the b&w mags. It's truly outstanding, and gives me an entirely new, even greater appreciation of the man's work.

  2. I remember some great Werewolf tales he did for Warren. And that two-part Paradise Lost take-off in Psycho was an epic indeed.
