WOW! i have an issue of creepy, or eerie, (not sure which) that reprints a bunch of toth's warren stories, but this one isn't in it. HOLY CRAP that is awesome drawing. toth at the top of his game. thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteI've always had a hard time with Toth's storytelling style, but it is very effective in this type of tale. Somewhat poignant, too....given that Archie Goodwin himself passed away 18 years later of cancer....
