As for the rest of ya, the purpose of this blog is to (re)introduce you to the great comics of the 1970s. If you like what you see, do what I do--go to a comics shop, bookstore, e-Bay or whatever and BUY YOUR OWN!

I don't comment on them every time, but I have to say I'm just loving these Shang Chi posts you're doing, because I just loved this period in that series - 1979 was when I started reading it. Moench's stories were great, and Zeck and Day were knocking the art out of the ballpark.
ReplyDeleteOh no! Not another Master of Kung Fu.... Please.....bring on more of the SciFi..... ;)
ReplyDeleteBTW speaking of 70's scifi - if you haven't yet seen it check out "space station 76" it's got a couple of interesting anachronistic gags...
