What it is, Groove-ophiles! How 'bout a sci-fi shocker courtesy a couple'a Joes from Derby's Charlton Comics, Gill and Staton? Yeah, Ol' Groove thought you might dig that idea. This one, "Lifelong Companion", was published in Ghostly Haunts #35 (July 1973), but it could just have easily been published in Haunted Love since it's as much a love story as a sci-fi fable.
Ain't AI love grand?

As for the rest of ya, the purpose of this blog is to (re)introduce you to the great comics of the 1970s. If you like what you see, do what I do--go to a comics shop, bookstore, e-Bay or whatever and BUY YOUR OWN!

Wow! Science fiction in 70s comics carries a peculiar bite, doesn't it? I sure miss it....
