Decent Comics: "The Hangman Never Loses!" by Kanigher and Aparo

Howdy there, Groove-ophiles! Here we are with the grand finale of Outlaw from All-Star Western #5 (February 1971)! With "The Hangman Never Loses!" writer/series co-creator Robert Kanigher goes out with a bang (literally) as he's joined by artist Jim Aparo (whooo!) and cover artist Neal Adams (whooo-whooo)!

  1. Yippee! A Western -- the genre I bought most in the Groovy Age! Thanks -- more Westerns please!

  2. That Adams cover is a stunner, probably one of his best for DC.

As for the rest of ya, the purpose of this blog is to (re)introduce you to the great comics of the 1970s. If you like what you see, do what I do--go to a comics shop, bookstore, e-Bay or whatever and BUY YOUR OWN!
