Hey, hey, hey, Groove-ophiles! Let's take a trip back to August 1969 and check out the Supernatural Spinner Rack...round it goes, and it stops on...Tower of Shadows #2! What's the lead story? "Witch Hunt!" written by none other than Rascally Roy Thomas with art by Dashin' Don Heck and Dapper Dan Adkins...

  1. That was a fun little story, references to Dark Shadows (one of my favorite TV shows ever) Angelique (the witch) even Winston cigarettes and Jimmy Durante at the end.

  2. Tower of Shadows flamed brightly in its brilliance as the answer to DC's highly successful mystery mags before poor sales forced it into a reprint title of Marvel's pre FF # 1 monster tales. This entry is a cute little addition to their pantheon, despite its labored "surprise ending".
