Decent Comics: "Death Deals the Cards!" by Kanigher and Kane

Howdy, Groove-pahdners! Time to get back in the saddle with Outlaw! Kanigher's All-Star Western creation's second outing was short, but beautifully illustrated by the one and only Gil Kane! From All-Star Western #3 (October 1970)..."Death Deals the Cards!"

  1. Man, this is some prime work from Kane!

  2. Hmm, that really is beautifully illustrated. Seeing this makes me think that Kane was really better suited to drawing Western work than superhero stuff like GL.

  3. Love Gil Kane artwork. But he always needed a Janson, Greene, Palmer or Giordano as inker to look his best.
