Check it out, Groove-ophiles! Ol' Groove has been scouring the interwebs to find samples of Jim Starlin's incredible Groovy Age Thanos art, and did I ever find some goodies! Are you ready for this?

  1. Love this art! Joe Rubinstein inked Starlin with panache, but I don't think anyone has ever inked him better than Al Milgrom. The "Gemini" team was as good as comic book art gets to my fan's eye.

As for the rest of ya, the purpose of this blog is to (re)introduce you to the great comics of the 1970s. If you like what you see, do what I do--go to a comics shop, bookstore, e-Bay or whatever and BUY YOUR OWN!
