Countdown to Halloween 2010! If You Blinked You Missed: Ray Rue
Ray Rue is a writer/artist with mad skills. In fact, the dude was totally mind-blowing, baby! Strange thing is, he only (as far as I know) did three stories in his all-too-brief comicbook career. Two for Heavy Metal during mid 1979, and this masterpiece of mood, "Lullaby of Bedlam" from Marvel's Epic Illustrated #1 (Spring 1980).

As for the rest of ya, the purpose of this blog is to (re)introduce you to the great comics of the 1970s. If you like what you see, do what I do--go to a comics shop, bookstore, e-Bay or whatever and BUY YOUR OWN!
